Our employees are selectively recruited and trained to ensure that our customers consistently receive the highest level of service possible. In addition, services provided are routinely reviewed in an effort to determine what modifications, if any, will be necessary to maintain an optimum level of cleanliness. Typically, services rendered will remain intact provided that there are no renovations or alterations to your facility. It is possible over time that some services may become unnecessary or substituted for other services, and new services may be recommended.

It is Roosevelt's policy to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws, and regulations pertaining to environmental responsibility. Roosevelt personal are trained accordingly and will adapt to the specific needs and desires that any client amy have. Our experience in dealing with these issues stems from services that we performed for the New York City Board of Education, Department of Health, Department of Sanitation, etc. Specifically, our services for the Board of Education involved energy conservation programs monitoring the use of electricity, fuel, water, etc. In addition, we have also been involved in the recycling of garbage since the New York City Recycling law was implemented.
